Please note we do not defend tenants being evicted because of drug use, drug dealing or anti social behaviour. If there are claims against you in this regard and you feel they are untrue please contact us.

Yes we are connected to our sister group South Dublin Housing Action who are a registered PPN for South Dublin Council. As any organisation we have AGMS, monthly meetings a constitution and privacy policy.
Your data will never be sold onto a third party and we store details on Google Drive with only the office holders of our board hanving access to this.
Yes we offer a mediation system to assist if a property owner feels their rights have been violated under the MUD ACT which volunteer directors of management companies must conduct themselves under.
We are a completely voluntary organisation. We dont charge clients for assisting them, however, because we are voluntary we may not be able to take on your case depending on workload. We will direct you to another organisation or advise you on what you need to do in your circumstance.
Yes we offer a mediation process to work with your landlord.
It does depend on the severity of the case to how far the process will go from mediation into a claim for compensation
